RETURN POLICY

Not in love with your suit? Returns are easy and our team is here to help. Simply email us at hello@sunbaeswim.com within 10 days of delivery to get the process started. From here, we will send you a return address.

 

REGULAR PRICED MERCHANDISE

Sunbae Swim will happily accept returns for either:

Refund Minus Administration Fee. Customers are required to ship the product back at their own cost and will be refunded the order total minus an administration fee of $10 USD for Canadian orders, $15 for U.S. orders, and $20 USD for all international orders.

Store Credit via Gift Card. Your gift card will be issued for the full value of your returned suits in USD and will not expire.

All returns must be initiated with our customer service team within 10 days of delivery and sent back to our office within 7 days of your email to customer service.

 

Please Note… 

  • All returns/exchanges must include a Sunbae Swim Return Slip (we will provide) including your name, email address, order number, and reason for return.
  • All returns must be sent back in their original condition (unwashed, unworn and undamaged; no deodorant, perfume, make-up stains, hygienic sticker is still on etc.)
  • Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be returned and will not be eligible for store credit.
  • We reserve the right to reject any return that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
  • We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.
  • Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take 3-7 business days.

 

SALE / DISCOUNTED MERCHANDISE

All site-wide sale periods and discounted purchases of 30% or more are FINAL SALE. Any items purchased during these periods are not eligible for return or gift card. Please don’t hesitate to email us, DM us, or chat us before ordering and we’ll help you find your perfect size to avoid any issues!
