CANCELLING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER

At Sunbae Swim we work quickly to process and ship your order. We will do our best to accommodate any changes if we have not yet to fulfilled/shipped the order. Please ensure the items in your order and address are correct before purchasing. If you are unsure please EMAIL, DM, or CHAT us before you order.

SHIPPING

Please allow 24 hours from the time of purchase for processing to begin. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase but may be subject to delay during sale periods and new product drops.

*Please allow for an additional 5 business days for Duties and Customs processing on all UK, Australia and International orders*

Once your order has been shipped please keep an eye out for estimated delivery dates through the tracking number you receive. Once the suit arrives and is confirmed by the shipping carrier that your package has been delivered, we are not responsible for the loss or theft of your package.

Please note all delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping courier and cannot be guaranteed. All orders shipping outside of Canada may be subject to courier and/or customs delays.

NOTE: During Holiday Seasons all orders will be packed in 1-6 business days.
